My area of research interest is educational policy, curriculum and didactics (pedagogy) in transnational discourses, against a backdrop of globalization in for example economical, communicative and everyday domains. More specifically, my research pivots around the following concepts:
• curriculum theory in a transnational perspective
• didactics/pedagogy; general didactics centered on literacy, civics and mathematics
• educational philosophy; pragmatism (Dewey), ethics (cosmopolitanism)
