Research in developmental social and cultural psychology with special attention to cognitive processes. Interested in the role of formal and non formal educational settings. Explorations in the transition from youth to adulthood with special attention to vocational training. Presently coordinating an interdisciplinary project on knowledge-oriented argumentation and contributing to an interdisciplinary research on schools for refugees in camps in Africa.
