Accompagnement et innovation sont deux notions nées conjointement dans la sphère de l’éducation et de la formation. Comment les institutions politiques officielles ont-elles favorisé le développement de l’innovation par l’accompagnement tout en en faisant un outil de leurs orientations et conceptions politiques au service de leurs objectifs ? Cet article tente de montrer, par une approche longitudinale, comment le ministère de l’Éducation nationale s’est appuyé sur les formes diverses de dispositifs d’accompagnement des innovations pour conduire sa politique, sachant que cette dernière est étroitement liée aux conceptions émergeant des textes officiels publiés.

Acompañamiento e innovación son dos nociones nacidas conjuntamente en la esfera de la educación y de la formación. ¿De qué manera las instituciones políticas oficiales han favorecido el desarrollo de la innovación por el acompañamiento, al mismo tiempo que hacían de ello un instrumento de sus orientaciones y concepciones políticas, al servicio de sus objetivos? Este artículo intenta mostrar longitudinalmente cómo, el Ministerio de educación francés, se apoyó sobre las distintas formas de dispositivos de acompañamiento de las innovaciones para dirigir su política, sabiendo que esta última estaba estrechamente vinculada con las concepciones que muestra el Ministerio a través de sus documentos oficiales.

How have official political institutions favoured the development of innovation through mentoring while making a tool out of their political opinions and conceptions to serve their goals? This paper tries to show lengthways how the French Minister of Education has relied on the different forms of support plans of innovations to conduct his policy, knowing that the latter was closely linked with the conceptions openly advocated by the Ministry in its official announcements.


Françoise CROS – Die innovativen Lehrer begleiten: ein Befehl? Begleitung und Innovation sind zwei Begriffe, die gleichzeitig im Bereich der Erziehung aufgetaucht sind. Wie haben die offiziellen politischen Institutionen die Entwicklung der Innovation durch die Begleitung gefördert, indem sie daraus ein Instrument ihrer politischen Orientierungen und Auffasssungen im Dienste ihrer Ziele gemacht haben? Dieser Artikel versucht zu zeigen, wie das Französische Erziehungsministerium sich auf die unterschiedlichen Begleitungsmaßnahmen der Innovationen gestützt hat, um seine Politik zu führen und weiß dabei, dass diese mit den Auffassungen, die das Ministerium in seinen offiziellen Texten vertritt, eng verbunden war.
