L'objet de cet article est de proposer un point de vue sur l'état d'avancée de la formation des étudiants en EPS de Besançon et Dijon. En soi, il ne constitue pas une recherche, mais une réflexion critique sur le fonctionnement de l'équipe des formateurs en 1re et 2e année d'IUFM. Le questionnement central sera de savoir « comment favoriser l'aide à fa décision du jeune enseignant d'EPS ? » Une formation qui va du compagnonnage vers une ingénierie didactique représente l'originalité majeure de cette démarche.


The aim of this paper is to offer a point of view on the inventory of fixtures about the vocational training of Physical Education' students from Besançon and Dijon. It is not constituting a research, but a critical thought about the functioning of the group of teachers of the first and second year of the "Institut Universitaire de Formation des Maîtres". The central questioning will be to identify "how to favour the helping decision to the young teacher of physical education". A training which is going from the companioning to a didactic engineering represents the main originality of this process.
