Les auteurs proposent, à partir de l'analyse de monographies de dispositifs de formation socio-professionnelle concernant différents acteurs (enseignants, formateurs. . .) utilisant la recherche et s'inscrivant dans une dynamique de professionnalisation, un modèle d'intelligibilité de ces dispositifs à visée de professionnalisation. Le modèle permet de dégager l'articulation fonctionnelle dans un triple processus interactif, entre les pôles personne, savoir et situation socio-professionnelle et de mettre en évidence la multiplicité des logiques et problématiques sous-jacentes. L'analyse dégage les effets de dominance de l'un ou l'autre pôle dans cette articulation et les caractéristiques de ces dispositifs encore peu institutionnalisés.


From the analysis of monographs of socio-professional training systems concerning different participants (teachers, trainers. . .), using research and fitting into a dynamics of professionalization, the authors offer a model allowing an understanding of these systems aimed at professionalization. The model makes it possible to bring out the functional link, in a triple interactive process between the different poles: person, knowledge and socio-professional situation, and to underline the multiple underlying logics and problematics. This analysis emphasizes the dominating effects of one or the other poles in this link and the characteristics of these systems which are still little institutionalized.
