En formation initiale, la légitimité résulte de la conformité de l'organisation et de la réalisation de la formation avec les décisions d'ordre législatif et réglementaire qui ont contribué à la création des organismes publics de formation et à la reconnaissance des organismes privés. Le problème concerne le choix des méthodes pédagogiques. En formation continuée, la légitimité est de nature contractuelle. Les bénéficiaires négocient avec les organismes de formation, les contenus et les méthodes proposés.


In preservice training, legitimacy results from the compliance of the organisation and realization of the training with the legal and statutory decisions which have contributed to me creation or public training bodies and to the recognition of private institutions. The problem is to choose the teaching methods. In inservice training, legitimacy is based on contact. The trainees negotiate the proposed contents and methods with the training institutions.
