Cet article essaie de cerner les conditions de réussite d'un projet de formation et d'éducation. Il monte notamment les limites d'une formation circonstancielle et attire l'attention sur deux nécessités. La première consiste à penser la formation sous deux aspects: forme et contenu. La seconde nous amène à réfléchir sur la problématique de la transposition didactique en matière de formation pour transformer en contenus de formation les résultats de la recherche en sciences de l'éducation. Les travaux qui auraient été réalisés dans ce sens-là constitueraient une source d'inspiration et une aide précieuse en matière de conception et de gestion de la formation.


This paper deals with the conditions required to achieve a successful training and educational scheme. It shows in particular, the limits of a situational training and draws our attention to two requisites. The first one consists in considering the training under two aspects: form and content. The second one leads us to reflect on the problem of didactic transposition in training, to turn into training content the outcome of research in Educational Sciences. The work which has been carried out in this way seems to constitute a source of inspiration and a precious help in the field of the conception and management of training.
