[Recherche] Recherche-action, formation : quelle articulation ?

L'I.N.R.P., au cœur de la problématique de la « Recherche-Action » a organisé, en 1986, un colloque pour élucider cette notion. Les auteurs de l'article, responsables du colloque, nous montrent comment la formation se trouve en interaction forte avec la «Recherche-Action » car celle-ci engage dans une interaction dynamique de co-formation tous les acteurs de la recherche. Malgré cela, le transfert des acquis de la Recherche-Action reste un problème non encore complètement résolu : il faut pouvoir rendre compte de la « densité du vécu » de la recherche pour éviter l'écueil du modèle inapplicable, pour permettre d'en transférer les résultats dans des situations concrètes, pour enclencher de nouvelles dynamiques, pour pouvoir transposer son organisation dans des actions de formation.


The I.N.R.P. in the midst of the problems subsumed under « Recherche-Action », organised, in 1986, a conference aimed at elucidating this notion. The authors of the article, themselves involved in running the conference, explain how training is to be found in close interaction with « Recherche-Action », since this latter brings together, in a dynamic interaction, all the participants in the research. In spite of this, the transfer of knowledge acquired by « Recherche-Action » is a problem still imperfectly resolved: one must be able to render an account of the « density of the lived experience » within the framework of the research, if one is to a void the dangers of an inapt model, to be able to transfer results to concrete situations, to harness new dynamics, to translate one's organisation into the active work of training.
